- Can I change my Username?
You are not able to modify the username, so please do give considerable thought to it prior to submitting your choice. During the launch phase of the site we will permit Usernames to be changed for a short time as some members sign up names appeared to require this flexibility. Be sure to select a Username that is professional and easily identifiable with you or your company.
- How do I change my password?
Once you login with your present password, go to the Admin section of your account. On the right side of the page you will see the fields where you can enter the present password and the new password.
- What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to the homepage of Reggae.biz and directly under the Login area you will find the link to our password recovery section.
- How do I change my membership email address?
To change your email address, go to the Admin section of your account and the email field is located on the left.
- How do I change my contact information?
To create, modify or delete the contacts associated with the account, login to your account area and select the ‘contacts' button located on the left navigation bar of the page. You many also identify a “Main Contact' in this area.
- What is the difference the location and contact information?
The difference is that the location information is used solely for the purpose of our search features to help match you with our members, as opposed to the contact details which for communication.
- What is the difference between ‘individual' and ‘group' listings?
The difference between an individual and group listing is that the individual listing is structured to collect information about one member and the group listing permits you to add details about band members.
- What category should I sign up for?
Our available categories cover a wide variety of the music industry. Be sure to review the CATEGORY OUTLINE provided to ensure that you select the category that best suits your needs. The category cannot be changed or transferred once selected.
- Can I add additional categories after I sign up?
Yes, you may add additional categories to your profile at a reduced cost after your initial signup.
- Is my membership transferable?
No, your membership is not transferable.
- Is my contact information available to the public?
We do not reveal email addresses, or Unit#, Building Name, Street Address that are entered in the Admin and Location areas of your account. The ‘Contact' area of your account is viewable to the public, except email addresses, which are not revealed.
- Can I sell my music on Reggae.biz?
Yes, you may create a direct link to sell your music from Reggae.biz as long as it is available through Amazon.com or CDuniverse.com
- Can I load sample tracks of my music?
Yes, you can provide us with a URL that has an .mp3 sample of tracks from your CD. You are able to upload a maximum of 21 sample tracks and 5 CDs with an image of the CD cover. Keep in mind that the smaller your music sample size the faster it will load for visitors to your portfolio, so keep them under 1 MB and smaller. We only accept .mp3 format at the moment. If contributors to your album are members of Reggae.biz then enter the name as it appears on our site and the member with automatically be hyperlinked from your portfolio. This is a great networking tool, but you can only fully utilize it if you encourage your industry colleagues to sign up, so spread the word about our services.
- Can I load images to my portfolio?
Yes, Gold Members are able to load up to 2 MB of images into the Gallery of the portfolio. Once you have logged in to go the left navigation bar, select the ‘Images' button. The first image (180 pixels width x 180 pixels height - 72dpi resolution) that you should upload is your logo or a company photo or a portrait image. Click on ‘Gallery Update' and then click ‘Add Photo' to add additional images (380 pixels width x 250 pixels height - 72dpi resolution) to the portfolio.
- How many images can I load into my Gold account portfolio?
The number of your image that you load will determine the size of the images you upload as image storage is limited to 2 MB for the Gold account.
- Can I cancel my membership?
If you wish to have the account deleted from our visitors, you may and have the account terminated. Membership due are not refundable.
- How do I report Spam that's been sent to my Reggae.biz inbox?
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions of membership with Reggae.biz we have a Zero Tolerance any spam activity. Members who abuse the communication services provided will have services terminated, lose the remaining membership duration and not permitted to rejoin. A REPORT ABUSE link is located in the top right corner of the ‘Messages' area of your account or send an email to 
- Can I un-subscribe to the email notification feature?
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions of membership with Reggae.biz we require the notification procedures as an integral part of our service. We therefore do not have a un-subscribe service for this feature.
- Where can I find banners to link to Reggae.biz from my site?
Links to Reggae.biz can be found by clicking on ‘Links to Us' in the top left corner of your account section. You can find variety of sizes and all that is required is for you to copy the html code and paste it on your site.
- How can I improve the productivity of my listing?
You can improve the productivity of your listing by:
Ensuring that the information you have entered is complete and accurate
Reply to notifications as quickly as possible.

- How do I unsubscribe my email address?
You may unsubscribe your email address by clicking here. As outlined in our terms and conditions the Admin email of your account is required for communication and functionality, so it may not be unsubscribed.
